Located at the heart of the largest forest of the Vosges and at 40 minutes of Strasbourg, the tourist station of Wangenbourg-Engenthal, called "Switzerland of Alsace", is living in a "green area", between 350 and 968m of altitude. Schneeberg (Mount of Snows) is the climax (961 m). Its undulating landscape is decorated by castles of 13th century, falls, many points of view on the "Plaine d'Alsace" and Lorraine.
